Generating and Sharing Access Codes

The Access Code feature allows administrators to provide candidates with a secure, unique code to access a test without requiring them to log in using an email address and password.

How to Enable Access Codes

  1. Navigate to Test Manager → Action (⋮) → Assign Test or Edit Test → Step 5: Assign Test.

  2. Under the Active Links section, enable Access Code.

  3. Download the generated access codes.

  4. Share the respective access codes with the candidates.




Candidate Access

Candidates can access the test using the Active Test Link and their assigned Access Code. This method does not require candidates to register on the platform or log in with an email address and password.

Use Cases

  • Guest users who are not registered on the platform.

  • Public assessments.

  • Situations where creating candidate accounts is not required.

Important Notes

  • Each access code is unique and should be shared only with the intended candidate.

  • Ensure the test is published before distributing access codes.

  • Access codes must be used along with the active test link to access the test.
