Candidate Profile

Candidate Profile

In the Think Exam Candidate Panel, the Profile option allows candidates to view and manage their personal account information.

The exact fields available depend on how the administrator has configured the portal.

Typically, the Profile section includes:

  • Personal Details – View or update information such as name, email address, mobile number, gender, date of birth, and other profile fields (if editing is allowed).
  • Profile Photo – Upload or change a profile picture, if enabled by the administrator.
  • Password Management – Change the account password (if the portal uses username/password authentication).
  • Additional Information – Update custom fields such as address, qualification, organization, or other details required by the exam administrator.
  • View Registration Information – Check the information submitted during registration.

Important Notes

  • Some fields may be read-only if the exam administrator has locked profile editing.
  • Any changes made to the profile may apply across all tests associated with the candidate's account, depending on the portal configuration.

In short, the Profile option serves as the candidate's account management page, where they can view and, if permitted, update their personal information and account settings.
