Can we create a feedback form on ThinkExam Panel?

Yes, if you want to collect feedback for a specific test, you can create a feedback form.

Steps to Create Feedback for a Test:
1. Go to Admin > Settings


2. Click on Candidate Panel


3. Select Test Feedback and click on add button to add new feedback.




4. Add feedback questions and Save.


5. Go to Test Manager and Click on the Edit button for the test


6. Navigate to Step 2: End Test Settings > Feedback. Enable "Provide Feedback to Candidates" and select the Feedback Template. To make feedback mandatory, set the "Feedback Mandatory" option to Yes. If you do not want to make it mandatory, keep it set to No.


7. Save the test settings.
