Can the access period for deleted media be extended beyond 30 days?
The deleted data cannot be retrieved. However, for tests that are scheduled for a future dates, the duration can be extended to more than 30 days. To proceed with this, the admins need to coordinate with their respective account managers.

Can we delete the group from the panel?
Yes, we can delete the group, but please make sure all candidates have been moved to another group first. If any candidates remain, the group cannot be deleted.
