Cloud Reporting and OMR Sheet Imprinting Comprehensive Guide

This document combines the setup instructions for Cloud Reporting with the Imprint Sheets functionality.

Part 1: Cloud Reporting Setup

Cloud Reporting:

Cloud Reporting is primarily used to display OMR reports from the Verificare software on the Think Exam platform. The Verificare software reads the candidates' OMR sheets and publishes their data directly to Think Exam. Once uploaded, the reports can be viewed in all formats supported by Think Exam.

Steps to Add a Cloud Reporting Test:

First, click on the Add button (as shown in the image below) in the Test Manager.

Fill in all the details on the first page.

Make sure the Total Questions count matches the number of questions on the OMR sheet.

Click on "Next Step", and then return to the Test Manager.

Then, go back to the Test Manager instead of proceeding further.

(If you click "Next" again, you'll be prompted to manually add the questions — but in this case, we will import them using the Import Tag Sheet option.Click on the three-dot menu next to the test you created. Select the "Import Tag Sheet" option.

A new window will appear with an "Import" button — click on it.

You will then see two options:

"Select File to Upload" – use this if you already have the Excel file prepared.

"Sample File" – click this to download a sample format. Fill in your data as per the sample structure, then return to upload it using the "Select File to Upload" option.

In our case, we will download the sample file and fill in the data as per the required format.

After preparing the tag sheet, click on "Select File to Upload" and choose the completed Excel file.

Once the file is selected, click "Import" on the next screen to upload and import the tag sheet successfully.

After that click on import data button and import the data and import the data.

Publishing OMR Data to Think Exam:

Open Verificare software and read all the candidates' OMR sheets.

Once the OMR sheets are read, go to the Data section. In the Data section, select the Panel option.

Ensure that the answer key in the VER file matches the answer key in the tag sheet.

Click on "Think Exam" as the target panel. From the list, select the test you created earlier on Think Exam.

[Note: Before publishing, ensure that the Answer Key is filled in the Answer Section of Verificare.]

Finally, click on "Publish" to upload the results to Think Exam. Then out of the three option select as per your requirement.

Go to the Think Exam panel and edit the test.

In Step 2, turn on Show Detailed Performance Reports in the report settings.

In Step 4, set the test date and time to a time that is before the actual OMR test was submitted.

Go back to the Test Manager, click on Submit OMR Data.

After this, you’ll be able to see the reports of candidates who appeared for the OMR test.

For reference, we are logging in as a candidate to view the report on candidate panel. Please note that the enrollment number on the OMR sheet is used as the unique identifier for the candidate. To log in and view the candidate's report, ensure that the same enrollment number is used during registration.

Now, all the tests attempted by the candidates will be displayed. Click on 'View Report' for the respective tests to access the detailed reports.

Part 2: Imprinting OMR Sheets and Syncing Results.

Imprinting OMR Sheets and Syncing Results in Verificare

This guide explains how to imprint OMR sheets in Verificare and display the sheets, along with results, to candidates using Cloud Reporting.

1. Accessing Imprinting Settings

After reading all the OMR files in Verificare, open any record from the list.

Click on the Image Path of that record to view the scanned OMR sheet.

An image viewer will open. Here, click on the Imprinting Settings button.

2. Configuring Imprinting Options

In the Imprinting Settings window:

Enable Show Answer Key if you want candidates to view the correct answers on their OMR sheet.

Enable Show Score if you want candidates to view their score on the sheet.

These options determine what will be visible to candidates in the Cloud Reporting panel.

You may click the Preview button to see a live preview of the imprinted OMR sheet before proceeding.

After configuring the settings, click the Imprint button.

It will ask for have you done with the imprinting or not if you have done the click on yes option.

Once imprinting is done, a new folder named imprinted sheet will be created automatically in the same directory where the VER file is stored.

Click on the Sync button. When prompted, choose:

Imprinted – if you want to upload the imprinted data, or

Normal – if you want to sync non-imprinted data.

Once syncing is completed, click on the Publish button. Select whether you want to publish the data with OMR images or without OMR images.

Once the result is published you may open the Think Exam panel and refresh it once because when the results are published only then “Submit OMR Data” option appears
