Digital Material

The Digital Material section enables candidates to access learning resources shared by the administrator. It includes the following categories:

  • Booklet – View and download study booklets.
  • Home Assignment – Access and download assigned homework or assignments.
  • Notes – View and download study notes or reference materials.


    Note: Only the materials assigned by the administrator will be visible to the candidate.



Booklet

The Booklet section, available under Digital Material, allows candidates to access and download study booklets uploaded by the administrator.

Description

The Booklet page displays a list of all the booklets assigned to the candidate. Each booklet contains relevant details to help the candidate identify and download the required document.

The following information is displayed:

  • S.No. – Displays the serial number of each booklet.
  • Document Name – Shows the name of the uploaded booklet.
  • Document Description – Provides a brief description of the booklet.
  • Type – Indicates the file format of the booklet (e.g., PDF, Image, Excel, etc.).
  • View – Click the Download button to download the booklet to your device.




Home Assignment

The Home Assignment feature allows administrators to share assignments with candidates in digital format. Candidates can view the list of assigned assignments along with their details and download them for offline access.

The page displays the following information:

  • Assignment Name – Name of the assignment.
  • Time Slot – Scheduled time for the assignment (if configured). Displays the duration during which the assignment is available. Candidates can access the assignment only within the specified time slot configured by the administrator.
  • Assignment Description – Details or instructions provided by the administrator.
  • File Type – Type of document uploaded.
  • Download – Downloads the assignment to the local system.



Notes

The Notes feature enables administrators to share study materials and reference documents with candidates. Candidates can access the list of assigned notes, view their details, and open them directly from the portal.

The page displays the following information:

  • Document Name – Name of the uploaded note.
  • Note Type – Category of the note, e.g. Race, Study Material and Excercise. 
  • Document Description – Brief information about the note.
  • File Type – Type of document uploaded. 
  • View – Opens the note for viewing.




Note: The Download option is available only when download permission has been granted by the administrator.
