The steps to add Documents for the Candidates are :
Step 1 : Log in to the Admin panel and navigate to the Candidate module and select Document tab.
Step 2 : Click the Add button in the top right corner.
Step 3 : Enter the required details.
Choose Document Type : Admins can select either:
- File : To upload the document.
- Video Embed Code : To embed a video.
To add a document, select File in the "Choose Document Type" section.
File Upload :
Supported file formats: PDF, DOC, PNG, JPG, JPEG, PPT, XLS.
Group Selection : Admins can assign the document to a specific candidate group, ensuring only the intended users can access it.
Step 4 : Click the Save button to save the details you have entered. Select Save & New if you want to create multiple documents at once.
