1. Complete the OMR sheet reading process.
2. Open the Review Answers section.
3. Select the candidate whose response needs correction.
4. Navigate to the question that was read incorrectly.
5. Compare the displayed response with the scanned OMR image.
6. Click on the correct option (A, B, C, D, etc.) or mark it as Blank if required.
7. Save the changes.
8. Re-generate the result/report if necessary so the corrected response is reflected in the final output.

Note:

• Ensure the scanned image is clear before making manual corrections.
• If multiple responses are being read incorrectly, verify the OMR sheet design, scanner settings (recommended 200 DPI), and image quality to avoid recurring reading errors.
• If the issue persists for many sheets, check the OMR template alignment and reading settings before reprocessing.
