Follow the steps below to guide candidates through the registration process.

Step 1: Share the Registration Link

• Provide the candidate with the registration portal link.
• Ask the candidate to click on the link to open the Create An Account page.

Step 2: Ask the Candidate to Enter the Requested Details

Instruct the candidate to fill in the requested details, such as:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Password
• Confirm Password
  
  
  
  

Note: Ensure that the candidate enters a valid email address and that the Password and Confirm Password fields match.

Step 3: Verify the Candidate's Age

Ask the candidate to confirm whether they are 18 years of age or above.

If the Candidate is 18 Years or Above

• Instruct the candidate to select the checkbox:
  • "I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age."

If the Candidate is Below 18 Years of Age

Inform the candidate that the following Parent/Guardian details are mandatory:

• Parent's Name
• Parent's Mobile Number
• Parent's Email ID

Step 4: OTP Verification

• Ask the candidate to click Send OTP.
  
  
  
• The candidate will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number.
• Instruct the candidate to enter the OTP to complete the verification process.
  
  
  

Important: The candidate's registration cannot be completed until the OTP has been verified successfully.

Step 5: Parent/Guardian Consent (Applicable for Candidates Below 18 Years)

If the candidate is below 18 years of age, ensure that the parent/guardian provides consent by selecting the checkbox:

"I am the parent/guardian and consent to processing of the candidate's data as per the DPDP Act, 2023."

Step 6: Complete the Registration

• Ask the candidate to review all the entered information.

• Once verified, instruct them to click Register Now to complete the registration.
  
  

Important Notes

• All mandatory fields must be completed before registration.
  
• Candidates 18 years or above only need to provide their own details and confirm their age.
• Candidates below 18 years of age must provide the required parent/guardian details and consent before registration.
• OTP verification is mandatory for the candidates below 18 years of age.. The registration will be completed only after successful OTP verification.
• Ensure that the candidate uses a valid email address and mobile number, as these will be used for account-related notifications.
