How to Review and Resolve Flagged Questions

The Question Flag module enables administrators to review questions flagged by candidates during or after an assessment and take appropriate action based on the reported issue.


Accessing the Question Flag Module

  1. Log in to the Admin Portal.

  2. Navigate to Questions Module → Question Flag.

The Question Flag page displays a list of all flagged questions along with the following details:

  • Question

  • Flagged On (Date)

  • Platform (Whether the question was flagged from the Test Page or the Solution Report)

  • Associated Test

  • Flag Count

  • Added By

  • Status (Pending, Resolved, or Not an Issue)

  • Reason provided by the candidate

Viewing a Flagged Question

Click on the required question to view:

  • The complete question details

  • The comment or justification provided by the candidate while flagging the question


Updating the Status of a Flagged Question

  1. Click Edit Question.

  2. Review the flagged question and the candidate's comments.

  3. Update the status by selecting one of the following:

    • Resolved – If the reported issue has been addressed.

    • Not an Issue – If the question is found to be correct and no action is required.

  4. Enter a comment explaining the action taken or the reason for the selected status.

  5. Click Submit to save the changes.

Note: Adding a comment is mandatory before submitting the updated status.



The Question Flag module helps administrators efficiently review candidate feedback, track reported issues, and maintain transparency in the question review process.
