Originate button can help admin create questions using a Model which is a document that can be uploaded with some content or information. Using Artificial Intelligence or AI, our Panel automatically generates questions based on the document Model.
Step 1: To add a Model first, navigate to Question Section and then Model sub-section. Then click on Add button to add a new Model:
The document format supported are of types PDF and DOCX and the maximum file size is 20 MB. We can edit and delete the previously generated models as well.
Step 2:When Model is successfully generated, navigate to Question section, then Question Sub Section and click on Originate button:
Step 3: Add necessary details in the Originate Page, like Model, Subject, Topic. These information should be similar to each other as AI generates question considering the model, subject and topic. Add Question Type (Multiple Choice, True/False, Fill in the Blanks, Short Answer), Difficulty level of question(s) to be generated, Number of questions(Ques.) and number of Options (Opt.) in case of Multiple Choice questions. Select Preferred Language and click on 'Advance Options' if needed. There, we can add Negative Marks, Right Marks and Option Marks. We can also check the 'Explanation(Required)' configuration as this creates the explanation of the question generated please note that each explanation requires 1 more credit to be consumed, then click on 'Originate':
Step 4: Credit Consumption dialog box will appear showing how many credits will be deducted from the Originate count. Click Yes to Proceed:
Step 5: The question you selected using the check box will be saved to the Subject and Topic provided in steps shown above, you can download the question(s) in Pdf, excel, detailed word document and word parser compatible document. You can click on the Pencil icon to add Tags for the question and edit the Explanation if required. You can also regenerate the question using the 'refresh' icon. Once the question is added in the Topic, you can edit the question if required later by filtering the questions based on the Subject and Topic.
Note: You can view the total count or count left of Originate feature from the Panel's Dashboard.
