How to View Candidate Registration and Test Submission Analytics

The Dashboard in ThinkExam provides graphical analytics to help administrators monitor the number of candidates added to the panel and the number of tests submitted during a selected time period.

Steps to View Analytics

  1. Log in to the ThinkExam Admin Panel.
  2. Navigate to Dashboard.


  • Navigate to Dashboard.
  • Select the desired date range using the date filter available at the top-right corner





    1. The dashboard will display the following analytics:
      • Candidate Analytics – Displays the month-wise count of candidates added to the panel.
      • Test Analytics – Displays the month-wise count of tests submitted by candidates.
    2. Hover over any data point on the graph to view the exact count for the selected month. 



    Candidate Analytics

    The Candidate graph displays the total number of candidates added to the panel during the selected date range.

    The graph includes:

    • Month – Displays the month for which the data is shown.
    • Candidate Count – Displays the number of candidates added during that month.



    Test Analytics

    The Test graph displays the total number of tests submitted by candidates during the selected date range.

    The graph includes:

    • Month – Displays the month for which the data is shown.
    • Submitted Tests – Displays the number of tests submitted during that month.


    Notes
    Note: The dashboard analytics are updated based on the date range selected using the filter. The graphs provide a month-wise overview of candidate registrations and test submissions, helping administrators analyze platform activity and monitor assessment trends.
