Message Report


This Message Report captures the real-time communication exchanged between candidates and proctors during a Remote Proctored Test.

1. Real-Time Communication Capture

  • All messages exchanged between candidates and proctors during the exam are automatically recorded in the report.
  • These messages provide a detailed view of the candidate’s behavior and environment, enabling efficient proctor interventions and post-exam analysis.

2. Structured Report Layout

Each entry in the report includes the following information:

  • S. No. – Sequential identifier for the candidate.
  • Student Name – Name of the examinee.
  • Email – Candidate's registered email address.
  • Enrollment No. – Unique enrollment number.
  • Group – Category or type of test group (e.g., default, mock).
  • Test Name – Name of the test attempted.
  • Messages – Full thread of messages including:
    • Candidate queries
    • Proctor instructions
