Test Reports - Candidate's result oriented report

Overview

The Test Reports section provides comprehensive details of all assessments submitted by candidates. Administrators can view overall test performance, access individual candidate reports, export reports in multiple formats, and share reports via email.

Note: At least one candidate must submit the test before it appears in the Test Reports section.

Viewing Test Reports

The Test Reports page displays a list of all tests for which candidates have submitted responses.

From this page, administrators can:

  • View overall test details.

  • Export reports in Excel or PDF format.

  • Send reports via email.

  • Access individual candidate reports for each test.

Click the Test Name to view the detailed report for a specific test.


Individual Test Report

Within an individual test report, administrators can perform the following actions:

  • Download ZIP – Download individual candidate reports in ZIP format.

  • Print Report – Print or save the report as a PDF.

  • Send Email – Email the report, including details such as:

    • Attempt Number

    • Rank

    • Result Status

    • Test Report

  • Export Reports – Export different report types using the Action (⋮) menu.

Available Report Types

Report

Exports the standard test report with configurable fields.

Administrators can choose which fields to include, such as:

  • Candidate Details

  • Group

  • Aadhaar Number

  • Student Responses

  • Right Marks

  • Wrong Marks

  • Score

  • Rank

  • Other test-related fields

Customize Report

Provides a detailed question-wise report containing information such as:

  • Subject

  • Question

  • Candidate Response

  • Marks Obtained

  • Time Spent (in seconds)

  • Attempt Status

  • Question Status

  • Tags

  • Difficulty Level

Topic Report

Generates a topic-wise performance report for each candidate.

If the assessment contains multiple topics or subjects, the report categorizes the candidate's performance accordingly.

Subject Report

Exports the candidate's performance summarized subject-wise.

Detailed Subject Report

Provides a comprehensive subject-level summary, including:

  • Test Summary

  • Average Score

  • Average Correct Attempts

  • Average Time Taken

  • Candidate Information

  • Subject-wise Marks

  • Overall Performance Summary

Attendance Report

Click the Total Candidates count for a test to view the list of candidates associated with that assessment.
From this page, administrators can download the Attendance Report, which provides candidate attendance details for the selected test. The report can be used to track candidate participation and verify attendance records for the assessment.

Important Notes

  • Test reports are generated only after at least one candidate has submitted the assessment.

  • Report fields can be customized before exporting the standard report.

  • Different report formats are available to analyze candidate performance at the test, subject, topic, and question levels.

  • Reports can be exported or shared via email directly from the Test Reports page.
