Uploading Questions in Multiple Languages

Uploading Questions in Multiple Languages

To upload questions in multiple languages, first read the English question document using the Read Questions option. After the English questions have been successfully read, save the marks. Once the marks are saved, you will be prompted with the option to Read File in Regional Language. Select Yes to proceed.

Browse and select the document containing the English Language questions. Under Select Language, choose the appropriate font for the regional language. For the best compatibility, Regional (Unicode) is recommended.

Next, under Select Doc option, choose the English question document that was read earlier and click Read.

This will map the regional language questions with their corresponding English questions.

Note: The regional language document should contain only the translated questions. Answers are not required, as they are already mapped from the original English question document.

After the regional language questions have been read successfully, click Demo Preview to verify the uploaded questions.

You can switch between the available languages using the Language drop-down menu to ensure that all questions are displayed correctly.

Once the verification is complete, click Next and then select Publish Questions to upload the multilingual question set to the panel.

Important Points

  • Upload the English question document first.
  • Save the marks before reading the regional language document.
  • Ensure that the sequence of questions in the regional language document is exactly the same as in the English question document.
  • Use Regional Unicode whenever possible for better compatibility.
  • The regional language document should contain only translated questions; answers are not required.
