Zoom Media Integration

The Zoom Media Integration feature allows administrators to integrate a Zoom account with the LMS. Once the integration is completed successfully, administrators can create and conduct live classes using the integrated Zoom account directly from the portal.

Steps to Integrate a Zoom Media Server

Log in to the Admin Panel then click on Navigate to Settings.




Select Media Server then Click Add New Media Server.





Select Zoom from the Select Media Server dropdown. Enter the following details:

 


 

Then insert the following details.

API Key: Enter the API Key used to authenticate the LMS with the Zoom account. This allows the platform to communicate with Zoom services for creating and managing live classes.

API Secret: Enter the API Secret associated with the API Key. It is used to securely verify and authorize communication between the LMS and Zoom.

API Account ID: Enter the unique Account ID of the Zoom account. This identifies the account through which live classes will be created and managed.

Stream Create Username: Enter the username or email address of the Zoom host account that will be used to schedule and conduct live classes from the LMS.

SDK Key: Enter the Zoom Meeting SDK Key. This enables the LMS to integrate Zoom meeting functionality, allowing users to join live classes directly from the platform.

SDK Secret Key: Enter the SDK Secret Key associated with the SDK Key. It is used for secure authentication and to generate the required credentials for joining Zoom meetings through the LMS.



 

After entering all the required details, click the Save button to complete the integration.
