How Proctors/ Super Proctors monitor candidates using Think Proctor X? (Proctor Journey As Per Think Proctor X)

The proctors can view live sessions of the candidates currently attempting the exam. This feature is enabled for Live Proctoring templates.
Sessions will be shared among multiple proctors through round-robin basis and the proctors which are having less number of candidates assigned will receive further candidates.
After Proctor logins to https://proctor.thinkexam.com/ , they will see candidate cards on which they can click and approve/reject the Identity of each candidate (if Candidate Authentication feature is enabled and 'Human Validation Required' checkbox is enabled)
Candidate Authenticates on the System Check.
Proctor receives the approval popup.

When a candidate starts the test, candidate card will appear on the screen for proctor. The focused candidate (card clicked by proctor) will have manual chat options enabled, otherwise ai chat proctoring works on all other candidates(when smart proctor feature is eabled in template.
For Super proctors, the profile image of Normal Proctor will be shown and when the Super Proctor clicks on any of the active proctor, super proctor will be able to see the candidates associated to the specific normal proctor, they will have following features of action as shared and explained below:
(Description from Top to Bottom and Left to Right)
The CS-Number with red label shows real time candidate's credibility score of the candidate.
There will be option to view Candidate's Camera or Screen on top of the candidate's screen.
The right side of the view shows UFMs generated over time for each candidate.
Escalations count shows if the candidate has crossed suspicious threshold.
Suspension count shows how many times the candidate's session is suspended.
Pause button holds the session for candidate (candidate will not be able to continue the test until resumed from the proctor)
Phone Icon- gives proctor the ability to call the candidate.
Chat Icon- gives proctor the ability to chat with the candidate.
Hand button (Hold button)- holds the candidate to the present proctor. Use case: When an escalation occurs for a candidate and proctor does not monitor the specific candidate (use the 'Allow Session' button, revoke or suspend the test), then after 5 minutes, the candidate gets shifted to another active monitor. The hold button will let the proctor keep the candidate having escalated session for up to 15 minutes. If the proctor does not monitor the escalated session within 15 minutes, then the candidate will be shifted to another proctor.

Allow Session button- Change the escalated sessions to be marked as allow session. This is used to remove falsely created UFMs.

If the Proctor triggered option is enabled-> Proctor will get the option to snip an image of the candidate's screen to deduct credibility score based on their preferred count.
Info
Note: The Proctor Triggered UFM, Penalty option is under Credibility Score Management from 'Template' section.
