Group Report

Group:

Group Reports represents Group Wise (Test Wise) data on the panel. We can filter the reports according to fixed or custom date range, Group ID (Unique ID for each test) and Template Code.



The Overview data card represents: Groups Conducted (Test conducted on the panel), sessions conducted (each candidate's unique session), Negative Session Groups ( Test under which candidate has credibility score below Failure Threshold -Threshold credibility score below which a session is considered compromised set in Template),  Suspicious Session Groups (Test under which candidate has credibility score below Suspicious Threshold -Flag sessions as suspicious if the credibility score falls below the defined threshold), Number of Proctors Created on the Panel, Number of Super Created on the panel, Different types of template used and associated with groups or tests.


The Group Integrity Overview dial chart represents Positive Session Groups marked in green and Negative Session Groups marked in Red. The positive session groups data represents Groups which have normal session only (where credibility score is above suspicious threshold.
The negative session groups data represents Groups which have Negative and Suspicious Sessions. This means even if one candidate session is marked as suspicious or negative session will be represented as 'Negative Session Group'


The Group-Wise Session Analysis bar and line chart represent total number of sessions conducted for each group name, Each color of the bar represents type of session (Blue bar represents Normal sessions, Dark Red bar represents Negative sessions and Bright Red bar represents suspicious sessions). Hovering over the bar shows tool-tip displaying group name, total sessions and average credibility score for the specific group.
The suspicious percentage is total number of sessions which falls below suspicious threshold and above negative threshold with respect to total number of sessions conducted for the group name which is represented by the bubbles of the line chart.
For Example: If total number of sessions are 5 and number of suspicious session is 1, then the suspicious percentage would be (1/5)*100 = 20%.


The UFM-Wise Violation Count displays number of UFM's detected in the portal based on different type of UFM's. The Unfair Means are violations such as Looking Away, Voice Detected, Face Not Present, Face Mismatch, Multi Face-Detected, Object Detected, Screen Focus Lost and Permission revoked.


The Group Wise Table represents Unique Group Id, Group Name, Template Code, Template Name, Proctoring Mode type, Total sessions conducted under each group, suspicious sessions, negative sessions, average credibility score, average sessions duration in minutes.
We can search any specific group details based on ID, Name or Code. We have filter options available related to configurations, reset button to refresh the table, full screen display on group-wise table and option to export all the group detail or filtered details.


Navigating to any of the group detail from the table will display reports based on the specific group selected as shown below:


The Overview Data card shows session and proctor based details along with penalty incurred for any session (terminated or suspended session).
Session Activity dial chart displays positive and negative sessions associated to a specific group.
UFM-Violation count display number and type of unfair means generated for the specific group.

Proctor-Efficiency Graph

Proctor-Efficiency display total number of session assigned vs number of session unattended by each proctor.
  • Unattended sessions: Unattended Sessions are sessions that were assigned to a proctor but not actively reviewed or monitored and the sessions forwarded to another proctor. This could happen due to:

  • The proctor not logging in

  • Technical issues

  • Negligence


Chart Axes and Design Elements

  • X-Axis: Number of Unattended Sessions

  • Y-Axis: Number of Assigned Sessions

  • Data Point (Bubble): Each bubble represents a proctor.

  • Reference Line: A diagonal Y = X line represents 100% unattended sessions (worst-case).

  • Efficiency Thresholds (based on % unattended):

    • Good: ≤ 10% unattended → bubbles far from the line

    • Average: 10–25% unattended → bubbles closer

    • Unacceptable: > 25% unattended → bubbles move toward the line



Formula to calculate unattended sessions(%)


Example:

Proctor A

  • Assigned Sessions: 100

  • Unattended Sessions: 8


Interpretation:

  • Proctor A has only 8% unattended sessions.

  • This is within the “Good” range (≤ 10%).

  • Their bubble will appear far away from the diagonal Y = X line, indicating good efficiency.

Good

10% unattended sessions

Proctor is reliable. Majority of assigned sessions are attended. Bubble appears far from the Y = X line, lower X-values.

Average

Between 10% and 25% unattended

Moderate performance. Some sessions missed, room for improvement. Bubble is closer to the line.

Unacceptable

> 25% unattended sessions

Poor performance. Proctor misses a large portion of assigned sessions. Bubble approaches or touches the Y = X line (worst-case).



Tooltip (on Hover)

Each bubble shows:

  • Proctor ID: XYZ123

  • Sessions Assigned: 20

  • Sessions Reviewed: 18

  • Suspicious Session Rate: 12% (gathered from session reports after completion

  • Sessions Reviewed: The number of sessions the proctor actually monitored (i.e., Assigned Sessions – Unattended Sessions).

Let’s say:

  • Proctor A was assigned 20 sessions

  • Unattended Sessions = 2

  • So, Sessions Reviewed = 20 - 2 = 18

  • Of these 18, 2 sessions were marked as suspicious


The Proctor table shows proctor information assigned to the group(test) along with details such as Total Session, Escalated Session, Unproctored session.

The Session table shows session ID, candidate name, credibility score and conclusion of the session(negative, positive or suspicious).

The Proctor table and session table have search and filter option alongwith reset button which refreshes the table and option to export the table.
