Session Load per Proctor

Defines the maximum number of exam sessions that a single proctor can monitor simultaneously. The upper limit for this setting is 20.

Proctor-to-Super Proctor Mapping

Specifies the number of proctors assigned to report to a single super proctor. The maximum allowable limit is 20.

Proctor Verification

Enables identity verification for proctors prior to session assignment. When activated, the system captures the proctor’s live image at login and matches it against the registered profile picture to ensure authenticity.

System Time Zone

Allows configuration of the system’s default time zone based on the user’s geographical location.

Date Format

Defines the default format in which dates are displayed across the platform.

Data Storage Policy

Determines the duration for which exam session recordings are securely stored to meet compliance and privacy requirements. This duration may vary depending on the specific panel configuration.
