How to enable slot booking for Candidates?

We can enable slot booking option for candidates so that they can attempt the test on their preferred timings.

Step 1: To add a new time slot, navigate to Test Manager-> Test section and select the action icon for the Test for which we need to add slots using the (⋮) menu, then hover on 'Add Slot' and click on 'Add New Slot':

Step 2: Add Dates or Date range and Timings as per your preference and click on Save:

Step 3: A message box will appear saying 'Slots added successfully'. When the test is published, candidates can view the 'Book Slot' option through 'My Test' section from the candidate portal.

Step 4: Candidates will see available dates in sky blue color and they can click on the preferred date and timings to attempt the exam, then click on 'Schedule':

 

Step 5: A slot summary message box will appear for confirmation, click on 'Done' to book the slot.

Step 6:  The test will appear with the option of 'Start Test' for candidates:

Step 7: Following up from Step 1, Admins can view the Slot Details to check which candidate has booked which slot and they have the priviledges to remove the slot for candidate if needed using the 'Recycle Bin' Icon:
