Administrators can also click the refresh button to refresh the dashboard as per their preference. Filter options based on Filter ID and Template code are also available on the top-right side of the page.
Overview
Shows real-time numerical presentation of Active Sessions, Suspicious Sessions, Online Proctor, Online Super Proctor, Inactive Sessions, Offline Proctors, Suspended Sessions and Terminated Sessions.
The sessions which are incomplete from the candidates side are marked as inactive sessions (Scenarios where a candidate has exited without submitting the assessment.
Session Activity Trends
Real time monitoring of active and suspicious sessions for both auto and live proctoring type.
Active Sessions- Candidates who have started the test in real-time.
Suspicious Sessions- Candidate sessions which have crossed suspicious threshold.
Online Proctor- Number of normal proctors currently online.
Online Super Proctor- Number of super proctors currently online.
Inactive Sessions- Candidate sessions which have not submitted their exam/assessment.
Offline Proctors- Proctors which are associated to the Think Proctor X portal but are offline
Suspended Sessions and Terminated Sessions- Sessions which are penalized as credibility scores falls below the threshold automatically trigger suspension or termination, as per policy.
Authentication Flow Progress
Displays real time activity of candidates. For example: if candidate is on Microphone Check, Webcam Check,Identity Authentication or Exam Session step.

Group-Based Session Analysis
Real time graphic representation of number of sessions conducted, credibility score and the suspicious percentage for each group name.
Suspicious percentage is the number of sessions which are below suspicious threshold. It is calculated as total number of suspicious sessions divided by total number of sessions for each group(test).
Proctor Activity
The time chart represents number of proctors online and offline with 5 minute time steps.
Proctor Status Metrics
The pie chart displays real-time number of active proctors in percentage to the total number of proctors present. Green part shows online proctors and Red part shows offline proctors.
UFM Analytics
This bar graph displays real-time unfair means with type of UFMs on X-Axis and Number of UFMs on the Y-Axis.
Session and Proctor Details
We have real-time session and proctor details at the bottom which can be filtered using Session Stages, Status, Escalated and Credibility Score.
