The Template Report module provides comprehensive insights into the performance and effectiveness of interview templates used within the Think Interview platform. It helps administrators evaluate how different templates contribute to candidate assessment and selection outcomes.

This section enables data-driven decisions by analyzing template usage, candidate performance, and overall effectiveness.


Template Overview


Within the Template Report, administrators can view:

  • The number of interviews conducted using each template
  • Template usage frequency across sessions
  • Effectiveness of each template in candidate selection

The effectiveness metric represents the percentage of candidates who were selected or highly recommended based on a specific template.


Detailed Template Report


To access detailed insights:

  • Click on the template name

This will display the following metrics:

1. Total Interviews


The total number of interviews conducted using the selected template.


2. Adaptation Rate


Indicates how effectively the template’s defined parameters—such as competencies and functional skills—were utilized by interviewers during the interview process.


3. Average Candidate Score

Represents the average score achieved by candidates assessed using the template.


4. Average Credibility Score

Reflects the consistency and reliability of the evaluation process based on AI and interviewer inputs.


5. Effectiveness Score


Calculated based on interviewer recommendations (e.g., highly recommended, recommended), indicating how successful the template is in identifying suitable candidates.


Interview Analysis


This section provides an overview of:

  • The total number of interviews conducted
  • The number of evaluations completed

It helps track overall interview activity and completion rates.


Trend Over Time


The Trend Over Time feature presents a graphical representation of candidate outcomes, categorized as:

  • Highly Recommended
  • Recommended
  • Considered
  • Not Recommended

This helps identify patterns and trends in candidate evaluation over a specific period.


Functional Skill Assessment


The AI system analyzes candidate responses and provides:

  • Scores for functional skills defined in the template
  • Insights into candidate proficiency in job-specific areas


Competency Criticality Matrix


This feature evaluates candidate performance across key competencies by:

  • Assigning scores based on AI analysis
  • Providing contextual comments

It helps identify which competencies are most critical and how candidates perform against them.


Performance Overview


The Performance Overview section provides a summarized analysis of candidate performance, including:

  • High-performance indicators
  • Identified skill gaps
  • AI-generated insights and recommendations

This enables a quick understanding of candidate strengths and areas requiring improvement.
